Subscriptions are purchased and managed through the Tickwing App purchase flow. Customers may cancel anytime through the in-app cancellation link or by emailing support.
Refund help
Cancellation stops future renewals. Activated current service periods are nonrefundable except where mandatory consumer rights require a different result.
Digital service access
Subscription features are delivered inside the Tickwing app after payment confirmation and may depend on account, plan, device, and regional availability.
