Information from this website

This static website provides product, billing, hardware inquiry, privacy, and terms information. It does not collect payment card numbers, take orders, or include analytics code.

Hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamps, referrer, and error or security logs to deliver the site, protect it, and troubleshoot availability.

If you email support from this website, we process the email address, message content, and any account or order details you choose to include so we can respond.

Information from the Tickwing App

The Tickwing App may process account details, profile information, user content, support requests, subscription status, payment transaction references, device identifiers, compatible feeder status, diagnostics, bird photos and videos, recognition results, and app usage needed to provide the service. We do not ask customers to send raw card numbers through support email.

Location information is optional and may be processed when you choose to add location context to content or app features. Shared or public content can be visible to other users according to the feature and settings used in the App.

AI-assisted bird discovery may use submitted feeder or bird media, extracted frames, request metadata, and compatible third-party services to return identification candidates or related results. Feature availability may depend on account, device, region, and service status.

How information is used and shared

We use information to operate accounts, provide app features, process subscriptions, support compatible feeder functions, store selected photos and videos, show shared content, respond to support, protect the service, prevent abuse, maintain records, and comply with law.

We use service providers for hosting, storage, email, support, diagnostics, payment processing, compatible hardware services, and AI-assisted processing. These providers process information as needed to provide their services to Tickwing.

Information may be retained for as long as needed to provide the service, keep business and accounting records, resolve disputes, handle support, protect security, meet legal obligations, and maintain backup or audit records for proportionate periods.

Information may be processed in Hong Kong and other places where WONDRFORGE LIMITED, its infrastructure, or service providers operate.

Your choices and requests

• You may choose what content to save, delete, share, or keep private according to App controls.
• You may decide whether to include optional location context where the App offers that choice.
• You may contact support to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or account help, subject to verification and applicable law.
• Some records may remain where retention is needed for legal, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute, backup, or support reasons.
