User content and community use
Tickwing may let users save, upload, view, or share bird photos, videos, recognition results, comments, profile details, and group content. You keep ownership of your content.
You grant WONDRFORGE LIMITED a limited permission to host, store, display, transmit, process, and share your content as needed to provide Tickwing features, operate groups, troubleshoot the service, and support your account.
You must have the rights and consent needed for content you submit or share. Do not use Tickwing for illegal activity, harassment, impersonation, abuse, security attacks, spam, wildlife trafficking, or content that infringes another person's rights.
App, feeder, and AI-assisted features
Tickwing features may depend on compatible hardware, firmware, account status, subscription tier, device service status, network connectivity, region, app version, and third-party services.
AI-assisted bird discovery can help present possible results, but results may be incomplete or wrong. Users should review important results before relying on them.

Service changes, suspension, and liability
WONDRFORGE LIMITED may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue features where needed to maintain security, comply with law, address abuse, handle technical changes, or operate the service.
Access may be restricted or ended if an account violates these terms, creates risk, fails verification, or is used in a way that harms users, WONDRFORGE LIMITED, service providers, or compatible hardware services.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tickwing is provided without guarantees that every feature will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every location. Mandatory consumer rights remain preserved.
